Spout Magnetic Plate Separator

Spouts Plate magnets are designed to remove ferrous tramp metal from high volume material flow or rapid material flow. Properly designing can prevent wash-off of ferrous tramps and fines.

This trap is a tapered step placed at a position within the north and south magnetic fields that cause captured ferrous contaminants to be drawn to the underside of the trap where they are safely retained, preventing wash off from oncoming product. It is designed for extremely flowing products.

Plate magnet can remove tramp iron such as Bolts, Nuts, Bits of Wire, Nails and other casual impurities from free flowing materials, like gravel, corn, sugar, plastic, flour and other granular materials in the conveying course.
