Exposed Pole Magnetic Steel Plate Separator
Exposed Pole (EP) Plate Magnets are designed for removing tramp metals from the low volume materials flow, welded two stainless steel plates on the surface of plate magnet as Polarity. Exposed pole is usually applied to capture ferrous contaminants from relative lower flowing material. They will be installed below the materials flow in the process line.

Applications of Exposed Pole Magnetic Steel Plate Separator:
Plate magnet can remove tramp iron such as Bolts, Nuts, Bits of Wire, Nails and other casual impurities from free flowing materials, like gravel, corn, sugar, plastic, flour and other granular materials in the conveying course.
