Construction of Half Magnetic Drum Magnet Separator Machine:
Half Drum Magnet, also name half magnetic roller, is designed for continuous self-cleaning of metal contaminants from product flow streams.
It has all the benefits of drum magnets but is easier to install. The main benefit of drum magnets is working without line stopping. An automated separating system is formed if the drum is driven by a motor.
Drum Magnet has a magnetic part of 180-degree arc internal which is stationary. The other half-space is totally non-magnetized. When material drops onto the drum cover surface, the metal contaminants will be attracted to the magnetic part while materials pass through. As the drum cover is rotating invariable, the iron contaminant will follow its orbit to the non-magnetized part and consequent it discharged down.

- Material of shell: 100% SS304 or 316L outside, which is in good corrosion resistance.

Application of Dry Permanent Magnetic Drum Magnet Separator Machine
Magnetic Drum Separator is a drum magnet with housing outside for mounting purposes.
The materials usually have the characters of dry, bulk, and have a high concentration of iron contaminants contained, such as iron ore, grain, sand, gravel, plastics, wood, waste, cullet, etc.
