Magnetic Liquid Traps, also named Magnetic Liquid Filters, are designed to remove ferrous tramp metal contamination from liquid processing and conveying lines. To provide continuous and dependable magnetic protection in non-fibrous fluids, the design of this magnetic trap forces liquids through a tightly spaced grid of magnetic cartridges, ensuring close contact between the product and the magnetic field. They provide dependable protection against tramp iron contamination. These magnet traps come equipped with powerful high-energy and high-temperature neodymium magnets to capture challenging types of debris, such as work-hardened 300 series stainless steel fragments. They preserve product purity by removing small contaminants.
Magnetic Liquid Trap Features
1. Many different styles are available for different materials.
2. The max magnetic strength can reach 12,000GS for N style, 8000Gs for E style.
3. Standard working temperature at ≤ 80℃, max working temperature can be chosen from 80¡æ to 350¡æ as the same with magnetic bars if needed.
4. Connection can be through ferrule, bolt plate, flange, uneven head, etc.
5. Stainless steel 304 or 316L is available for the shell material
6. Properly designed magnetic configuration ensures maximum magnetic effect without impeding liquid flow.
7. Pressure design or another special requirement can be custom-made.
Installation and use of Magnetic Water Filtration Magnetic Trap:
The liquid magnetic filter interface flange and the slurry output line connected to the slurry from the filter evenly flow, after a period of time to determine the cleaning cycle after the trial.
Clean the cover before the first screw on the clamping screw, remove the casing cover parts, and then out of the magnet, adsorption on the casing of iron impurities can automatically fall off. After cleaning, install the casing into the cylinder, tighten the clamping screw, and then insert the magnet bar cover into the casing, which you can continue to use.

Application Area of Magnetic Liquid Trap
Magnetic Liquid Traps are often used in liquid or slurry. The project below is for one of our Japanese clients. The magnetic separator is used in chemical slurry, with the requirement of 100 C and 10000 surface gauss.
As advanced magnet filters, these easy cleaning traps are an ideal magnetic filter for removing super fine ferrous contamination from materials of liquid, Semi-liquid lines, or air-conveying lines with high content of ferrous metal. Because the easy cleaning design can provide a convenient solution to cleaning the bulk ferrous contamination from the outer sleeve, working efficiency can be improved very much.
